Cancellations & Refunds
- Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are only eligible for a 50% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled time are non-refundable.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
